Getting Your Jewellery to You

How much does shipping cost?
Foriva offers complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. Every piece is shipped fully insured and tracked from our workshop to your door.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery takes 12–15 business days. Items from our Ready to Ship collection are dispatched within 48 hours of your order. International delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All international orders are fully insured and come with end-to-end tracking. Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
How is my jewellery delivered?
We work with internationally trusted logistics partners who specialise in fine jewellery delivery. Every piece is shipped in tamper-proof, signature-branded packaging and insured until it reaches you. If you believe your package has been tampered with, please do not accept delivery.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — please reach out to us at sale@forivajewellery.com or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or update it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments through our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Card on Delivery are available at select locations within India.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. A detailed tax breakdown is provided on your invoice for reference.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise of Satisfaction

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be in its original condition with all tags attached, original packaging intact, and no signs of wear. Customised and engraved pieces are not eligible for return, though our Lifetime Exchange and Buy-back policy applies. A full refund will be processed after review by our quality assurance team.
What is your Exchange and Buy-back Policy?
We offer a Lifetime Exchange and Buy-back on all Foriva purchases. The product, along with the original certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged at 100% of the gold value and 90% of the diamond value at prevailing market rates. For exchanges, a store credit is issued after quality check and valuation approval (valid for 6 months). For buy-back, payment is made via bank transfer within 10 days.
Are there any shipping charges for returns?
Returns within 15 days of purchase include free shipping within India. Beyond 15 days, a nominal shipping charge of ₹500 applies for exchanges.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply email us at sale@forivajewellery.com or message us on WhatsApp. Please return the product in its original Foriva packaging with the invoice and quality certificates. Our logistics partner will arrange a convenient collection. The refund or exchange is processed once the piece passes our QA inspection — typically within 15 days.
What if I received a defective or incorrect piece?
We're sorry if this has happened. Please contact us immediately at sale@forivajewellery.com with a photograph of the piece. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, and the exchange will be processed after inspection by our QA team.
Can I exchange or return a gift?
We want you to love your Foriva piece. If you'd like to exchange a gift, please get in touch with us. While we're unable to offer refunds on gift items, we can issue a credit note for the gift value — valid for future purchases with lifetime validity.
Can an incorrectly sized ring be resized?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary resizing to a smaller size within 15 days of purchase, provided the original tags are intact. Resizing to a larger size may incur additional charges, which we'll communicate beforehand. Contact us at sale@forivajewellery.com to arrange this.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — lab grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds. They are pure crystallised carbon with the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), brilliance, and fire. The only difference is their origin. Learn more on our Lab Grown Diamonds guide.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Every Foriva diamond comes with an independent certification from the International Gemological Institute (IGI) — the world's leading authority on lab grown diamond grading. Your certificate details the exact cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight. Each stone also has a laser-inscribed certificate number for verification.
Is my jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. All Foriva gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, certifying the purity of the gold used in every piece.
Where are your diamonds sourced from?
Our lab grown diamonds are sourced from trusted, certified laboratories. Each diamond is individually sorted, graded for consistency, and then independently certified by IGI before being set into your jewellery.
How are Foriva pieces priced so accessibly?
Every Foriva piece is designed and crafted in our own workshop — cutting out middlemen entirely. Combined with decades of expertise in diamond sourcing and manufacturing, we're able to offer exceptional quality at a more accessible price point, passing the value directly to you.

Designing Something Uniquely Yours

Can I customise a piece of jewellery?
Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke jewellery — from adjusting gold colour and ring sizes on existing designs to creating entirely new pieces from scratch. Visit our Design Your Own page to begin your journey, or reach out to us directly.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most custom designs take 3–5 weeks from consultation to completion, depending on the complexity of the piece. We'll keep you updated at every stage of the process.
Can I customise the gold karatage or diamond quality?
Yes — we offer flexibility on gold karatage, diamond quality, and other specifications. Contact us at sale@forivajewellery.com or on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.
Can I return a customised piece?
Bespoke and engraved pieces are made to your exact specifications and are therefore not eligible for returns. However, our Lifetime Exchange and Buy-back policy applies to all Foriva purchases, including custom pieces.

Keeping Your Pieces Beautiful

How should I clean my jewellery?
Soak your piece in warm water with a few drops of mild liquid soap. Use a soft brush to gently clean, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Always use warm (not hot) water for gold and diamond jewellery. For a detailed guide, visit our Jewellery Care Guide.
What if my jewellery needs repair?
All Foriva pieces undergo rigorous quality checks before reaching you. If your jewellery requires repair within 15 days of purchase, we'll fix it free of charge. Beyond 15 days, we're still happy to help — additional charges may apply on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated upfront. Contact us at sale@forivajewellery.com to arrange this.
Do you offer re-polishing?
Yes — we offer complimentary re-polishing for all Foriva pieces to restore their original lustre. Shipping charges apply. Get in touch at sale@forivajewellery.com to arrange this service.
