Repairs, Returns and Exchanges:

Are there any shipping charges when I return the product within 15 days?

No. Within India shipping charges for any returns within 15 days of shipment will be borne by us.

What is the policy for return?

Returning a Foriva piece is extremely easy and friendly. We want you to be satisfied with your Foriva pieces and hence we offer a refund withing 15 days from the shipment date. Complete refund shall be given to the customer post review from our QA team.
This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewellery. Our QA team will review the returned product. Kindly keep in mind that engraved pieces or customized products are not eligible for return however Lifetime exchange or Buy back is applicable.
In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
Foriva is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of Foriva.

What is your Exchange and Buy Back Policy?

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from Foriva within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. Our QA team will review your returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.Kindly Note: *The prevailing market rate and final valuation pertaining to gold / diamond / gemstone will be determined by our Foriva QA team
In case of Exchange, store credit shall be given to the customer, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer. Store credit will have validity of 6 months.
In case of Buyback, the payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer.

What is the procedure for return or exchange of the product which i have purchased?

Our team will be happy to assist you and make the process as hassle free as possible. Please note that the product should be returned in the original packaging of Foriva box and do remember to include the original invoice and quality certificates.
As soon as we receive your request we will initiate the process from our end and our logistics partner will get in touch with you and collect the product at your convenience.
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days. And if the order needs to be exchanged post 15 days, shipping charges of Rs 500 shall be deducted towards exchange. The tax amount as applicable shall be deducted.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.

How do I return a defective or incorrect piece?

At Foriva we pay great attention to quality check But in case this has happened please don’t stress, we will exchange it for you and replace the piece with a fresh one. The exchange or refund will be processed once it has been inspected by our QA department. What if my product requires repair?

All our products undergo thorough quality check before it reaches you, so incase your jewellery requires repair we would fix it for you free of charge within 15 days of purchase. In case your Foriva product requires repair beyond 15 days of purchase, we are glad to assist you. In this case, additional charges will be levied on a case-to-case basis which will be communicated by our team before we commence the repair work.

What if my jewellery requires re-furbishing?

Is it possible to exchange an incorrect sized product?

Don’t worry, we will resize your piece within 15 days. Please note that the tag needs to be intact and should not be removed from the product. The resizing is complimentary in case of smaller size. Are there any shipping charges for repairs, return and exchanges?

We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs within 15 days of purchase, beyond that the shipping charge of Rs 500 shall be charged.

Can I exchange or return a gift?

We want you to be happy with the Foriva product which you have received you as a gift. Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item, instead a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes have lifetime validity.

How much does it cost me to have a Foriva product delivered to my home?

Foriva provides free shipping on all items across India.

What is the estimated delivery time for Foriva Product?

Our delivery timeframe for your order would be 12-15 business days. However if you buy jewellery from our quickshop category, it will be dispatched within the next 48 hours of the order.

How will the delivery be done?

We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in delivery of fine jewellery like Sequel global logistics. We ship our products with tamper proof package and all our products are insured until it reaches you. In case you believe your package has been tampered, please don’t accept the same.

Does Foriva delivery internationally?

Currently, we take orders for delivery within India. We are working on making FORO available globally, so stay connected with us!

Do you Ship to my pincode?

We ship to all major towns and cities in India. Enter your pincode to check on the delivery service availability. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.

Is Cash of Delivery (COD) available?

Yes we provide Cash on Delivery.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Yes they are ! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST, however in the detail break up we have shown the tax amount for your reference.

What are the various forms of payment which are accepted?

We have 4 modes of payment at the moment - Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, Net banking and debit/ credit Card payment. The cash on delivery and card on delivery option is available at select locations only.

Is customization of pieces possible?

We would love to give you an exclusive personal touch to your product! Where is my jewellery made?

All Foriva products are designed and manufactured in our own factory.

Where are the diamonds sourced from?

We have the best source for diamonds and all our diamonds are sorted and graded for its consistency and later the final product is certified by a third part laboratory like SGL for its authenticity.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

You can rely on us that each piece comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity . Your diamond jewellery comes with a certification from SGL for its authenticity of the diamonds and BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

Is my jewelry hallmarked?

Your jewelry is BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

How do I clean my jewelry?

To retain the lustre of your jewelry soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of liquid soap. You can use a soft brush to clean and then pat dry with a dry cloth. Take care to use warm water only to clean your gold and diamond jewelry. For more details please refer to our detailed jewellery care guide.

How can you afford to sell so cheap as compared to others?

The product comes to you straight from our own factory, thus cutting down on the margins of the middlemen. Expertise of over 80 years have enabled us build the best sources for diamonds and gemstones. We design and manufacture our own jewellery while other jewellers have to manage and get from wholesalers and manufacturers.
