Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All orders are fully insured and tracked from dispatch to delivery.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most custom designs take 3–5 weeks from consultation to completion, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every Foriva diamond comes with an independent IGI certification — verifying the exact cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day returns policy on all non-customised pieces. Bespoke orders are made to your exact specifications and are non-returnable.
